Hello dear readers,
Today I am so excited to share with you one of my favourite sugar-free cakes. Before I give the recipe, I would like to share with you some interesting Banana Nutrition Facts. I found. Interestingly, banana can help you to improve your mood.
” Bananas can be helpful in overcoming depression “due to high levels of tryptophan, which the body converts to serotonin, the mood-elevating brain neurotransmitter”
Plus, vitamin B6 can help you sleep well, and magnesium helps to relax muscles. Additionally, the tryptophan in bananas is well known for its sleep-inducing properties. ”Find the article here
How amazing is that? However, banana itself cannot treat cognitive function. It can increase the chemical balance in your brain as it contains high level of serotonin and vitamin B6.
–Vitamin B6 helps your body make Serotonin and therefore, can help in improving mood.
The combination other methods and mental health support will help you overcome any mood related issue.
