Well, yesterday I wanted to make something fast, easy and tasty. I am a vegetarian so the ingredients I used were all vegan except the honey. The result: A delicious treat on a Sunday afternoon after a long day at the shopping mall with my mother and my son! Enjoy my Vegan Chocolate Mousse following this recipe:
1. Half banana
2. One avocado
3. One spoon of honey
4. 2 spoons of cacao
5. Half glass almond milk
Just put all these ingredients together in a blender and shake until smooth. Serve it chilled, so before you want to eat, put it half an hour to the freezer.
